Assortment of herbal teas including:
Mullen leaf tea - for the lungs
Parsley tea - the kidneys
Dandelion tea - liver and diuretic
Milk Thistle tea - liver
Chamomile tea - may help with sleep and relaxation
Peppermint tea - may help with headaches, clogged sinuses, menstrual cramps
Make your own cleaning products:
White vinegar
Baking soda
Lemon - both fresh and lemon essential oil
doTerra cleaning concentrate
Favorite essential oils for scent

The oils I recommend to start off with:
I use doTerra pure essential oils.
Clove - toothache, poor circulation, thyroid problems, candida, parasites instentional infection
Lemon - great to put in your water, getting rid of water retention, high blood pressure, congestion & mucus depression, flavoring in recipes, add to cleaning products (mix with lavender and peppermint for allergies).
Lavender - sleep, anxiety, stress, bug bites and stings, allergies, cuts and rashes, high blood pressure,
Peppermint - headache, nausea, great for burns, hot flashes, cooling you off if overheated just put some on the back of your neck or down your spine. Keep spiders away.
Breathe - I would get the oil for diffusing, the roll on for you, your hubby and older kids and the vapor stick for the youngest. This is great for stuffy noses and congestion, allergies, snoring, asthma.
On Guard - colds and flu, cold sores, strep throat, oral hygiene (they have toothpaste without fluoride and mouthwash or you can mix the oil with water and gargle.
Oregano - get the roll on and the oil. - staph and MRSA viral and bacterial infection, athlete's foot, colds/flu, viral and bacterial infections
Tea Tree - cuts and wounds, bacteria, viruses, acne, scabies, lice ringorm
Digestzen - I would get the chewable tablets and the oil. Bloating, gas, diarrhea and constipation, acid reflux, nausea food poisoning
Terrashield - Insect repellent
Thyme - asthma, whooping cough, colds, flu, viruses, sore throat, fungal infections
Cinnamon bark - high blood sugar, colds, flu respiratory infection, oral infection, poor circulation, heart issues, kidney or bladder infections.
Copaiba - pain and inflammation, bedwetting, headaches and migraines, high blood pressure, blisters, bites, burns, bruises and sprains, tendionitis.
Deep Blue - Muscle and back pain, pre and post workout, neuropathy and carpal tunnel, tendinitis, headaches, growing pains.
Intune - mental clarity, focus, depression, ADD/ADHD
PB Assist - probiotics they also have a children's probiotic.
To get started with essential oils I would get however many you can afford each month starting with the above. I highly recommend getting the book called The Essential Life from
Oillife.com you can start reading on what each oil does and add from there. This book is amazing!
